Extended Care
Extended Care and Study Hall Options:
Care for Grades K-5 and Study Hall for Grades 6-12 is available from 7:00 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. and from 2:30 to 6:00 p.m. at an additional charge. A special rate is available for children in the same family or car pool who get out of school at different times. Drop-in care is available by advance arrangement. Extended Care will also be available on teacher in-service days. Call the office for additional information.

*For those signed up for 2:30-3:30 p.m. care only: BCS provides a ten-minute grace period due to traffic during the general school dismissal. After 3:40, a late fee will be charged, even though the program is open until 6:00 p.m. BCS must provide sufficient paid staffing for children still present in our program, including those who were scheduled to leave at 3:30 p.m. but did not.
**No grace period is provided for the 6:00 p.m. dismissal. Late fee doubles after third time per semester.

Fee for students not enrolled in Extended Care: Students who do not leave campus within the 10-minute grace period after their dismissal from school will be sent to Extended Care (K-5) or Study Hall (6-12), and a $5.00 per day fee will be charged. After 20 minutes (3:00 K-2; 4:00 3-12), the drop-in rate applies.
